About Red River Château

Red River Château is owned by Noah T. Kaufman, MD & Ji Ye, Esq. through Red River Chateau LLC. They built the house on a sandstone ridge in Zoe, Kentucky, and inquiries go straight to them.

How the house came to be

The château sits on the rim of a gorge in Lee County, on the southern side of the Red River Gorge region. It was built from the ground up on the ledge itself, with heavy timber framing for the decks, a wraparound porch and a glass gable that faces the view.

It was designed for groups, with five full bathrooms, a large kitchen, a loft, a hot tub and Starlink internet, so a full house of 15 is comfortable even on a rainy day.
