Red River Château is a private cliff-top house for leadership off-sites and small-team retreats: lodging for 15, Starlink internet, a large kitchen, several gathering spaces and the Red River Gorge outside the door. You book the whole house, so no one else is there.

    The whole team sleeps under one roof. No hotel shuttles, and no one heads home early.

    Satellite high-speed internet for video calls and shared docs, in an area where cell coverage is patchy.

    A large granite kitchen for a private chef or a team cook-off.

  • Space to think

    Three levels, a loft and decks give you breakout spots away from the main room.

  • Built-in downtime

    A hot tub, trails and a nationally known climbing area minutes away.

  • Reachable

    About 1.5 hours from Lexington and its airport; about 3 hours from Cincinnati or Louisville.

A sample two-day off-site

Day 1

  • 4 PM: arrive and check in; short walk to stretch after the drive.
  • 6 PM: group dinner in the great room; set goals for the retreat.
  • Evening: the hot tub, the deck, no agenda.

Day 2

  • Morning: strategy sessions in the great room, with breakouts in the loft and on the porch.
  • Afternoon: a guided climbing session, a hike to an arch, or the underground kayak tour at Gorge Underground (about 25 minutes).
  • Evening: cook together or bring in a chef; wrap up around the table.

How many people can a corporate retreat accommodate?

The house sleeps 15 overnight, which suits leadership teams, founders' off-sites and small companies.

Is the internet reliable enough for work?

The house has Starlink high-speed satellite internet. It handles video calls and streaming well in most conditions. Heavy storms can briefly affect satellite service.

Is there meeting space?

The great room, the loft and the covered porch all work as meeting or breakout spaces. A/V equipment isn't listed yet, so ask us what's available or plan to bring a portable screen.

Can you arrange catering or activities?

Ask when you inquire. We can suggest local options, and groups can bring a private chef or use the kitchen themselves.
