Red River Château rents as a whole house for up to 15 overnight guests. Nightly rates run from $575 (Value season, Sunday–Thursday) to $1,250 (Peak season, Friday–Saturday), plus a $300 cleaning fee per stay. Grand Opening: 25% off lodging for stays booked by January 1, 2027.

25% off lodging for stays booked by January 1, 2027
Red River Château opened on October 1, 2026. To celebrate, stays booked by January 1, 2027 get 25% off lodging. Your stay can be at any future date, as long as you book by the deadline. The discount applies to the nightly rate; the cleaning fee, taxes and event fees are not discounted.

A Shoulder-season weekend
A Friday–Sunday weekend (2 nights: Fri + Sat) in Shoulder season is 2 × $975 = $1,950 + $300 cleaning = $2,250 before tax; with the Grand Opening 25% off lodging, that's $1,462.50 + $300 = $1,762.50 before tax.
Per person
Split 15 ways, a Shoulder-season Saturday is about $65 per person per night before cleaning and tax.

- $300 per stay.
- Taxes
- Taxes of about 10% (Kentucky 6% sales tax, Kentucky 1% transient room tax and Lee County 3% room tax) are added at checkout.
- Deposit & payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit holds your dates, and the balance is due in full 30 days before check-in. Payments are non-refundable, but dates can be moved for a $500 rescheduling fee.
- Minimum stay
- The minimum stay is 2 nights, including for weddings.
- Weddings & events
- Weddings and events add a $4,000 event/venue fee per event day. Events can host up to 100 guests.
- Check-in / check-out
- 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM.
- Pets
- Pets are not allowed.

Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes. Red River Château charges a one-time $300 cleaning fee per stay. It is not discounted by the Grand Opening offer.

When is peak season?
