Final driving directions

Follow our directions, not Google Maps, which may route you over an unpaved 4x4 road. Coming from Lexington? Follow these steps for the last stretch.

    Mountain Parkway to Slade

    From Lexington, take I-64 East to the Mountain Parkway and exit at Slade (Exit 33).

    South on Highway 11

    Turn south on KY 11. From Miguel's Pizza it's about 17 minutes to the next turn.

    Right onto Fixer Road

    Turn onto Fixer Road about a minute before Coop's Marathon station. If you reach Coop's, you've just passed it.

    Left onto Bird Song Trail

    Stay on Fixer Road for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Bird Song Trail (the white dot on the map).

    Second house on the left

    Head south on Bird Song Trail for a minute or two. The château is the second house on the left.
